Non-supported bag filter, self-supported rigid box, self-supported V~Cell, 50% to 98% efficient per ASHRAE test standard 52.1, Nominal pocket depths of range from 12" to 30" in non-supported media and 6" to 12" in supported media. |
Air/Oil Seperation Elements |
Spin-On Elements |
300 models of separator elements are available utilizing a cylindrical or pleated design of microglass with a variety of flanges, gaskets and kits. |
Containing surface or depth-type media such as pleated paper, synthetic or microglass fibers, or metal screens, these elements are suitable for up to 100 GPM/element, 700 PSIG operating pressure and 3-150 micron filtration efficiency. |
Pleated Media Elements for Liquid |
Pleated Media Elements for Air |
Ideally suited for removal of hard, granular contaminants from lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, fuels and water. Models and sizes are available to cover flow rates up to 300 GPM/element, 0.25-80 micron filtration and 4200 PSIDP collapse pressure when screen supported media are used. |
Used as air intake elements for removal of atmospheric dust on compressors, blowers and engines, or as compressed air elements for removal of scale, rust and other contaminants from compressed air lines. Available for flow rates of up to 5000 SCFM/100 PSIG per element, filtration efficiency in a range of 0.1-10 micron, collapse pressure of 100 PSIDP and temperatures up to 450° F. |
Radial Fin Elements |
Metal Elements |
Developed for the removal of atmospheric dust from the air intake of compressors, blowers and engines and for the removal of hard contaminants from hydraulic fluids, lubricating and fuel oils and process fluids. |
Available in cylindrical or pleated form with single or multi-layer screens, a large variety of metals, designs and configurations are available in the 5-250 micron selectivity range, with up to 700°F maximum operating temperature and with an 8000 PSIDP collapse pressure rating. |
Coalescer/Separator Elements |
Absorption Elements |
Developed specifically for the removal of water from gasoline, kerosene, aviation fuels and diesel fuel. Fluitek offers coalescer elements in several grades with filtration efficiencies ranging from 0.5 to 25 micron. The accompanying element to the coalescer is the searator element which is available in replaceable as well as permanent types, with a 10-125 micron selectivity. |
Absorption Elements are designed to remove water from fuels, solvents and oils which is emulsified by the presence of surfactants and will not separate in filter/separators. These elements are capable of removing up to 4 quarts of water and reducing water content down to 10 PPM of free water. |
